Juliana has experience with vacation rental design, and has owned a high end VRBO property.

Juliana has also served nearly 10 years on a fractional ownership HOA Board, and has served on The Design Committee for 2 major commercial design overhaul projects in an advisory capacity for the property’s 50 unit ski resort condominium.
