The Design Process

Our Goal is a “Client Focused” Design Process. We encourage an open line of communication. Design is a collaborative effort, and my goal is to produce a beautifully curated esign, and an enjoyable design process. Transparency, and knowledge of our standard procedures help our clients feel comfortable for the duration of the project. While projects do vary in scope, please see the basic process we follow on all our projects.

Research

Step 1 Virtual Meet & Greet: Discuss Design Questionnaire
Step 2 Initial Onsite Visit with Juliana and team members
Step 3 Scope of Work Discussions
Step 4 Signing of Contracts
Step 5 Client Communications and Updates continue

Development

Step 6 Trade Day: Meeting with homeowner’s contractors (if applicable)
Step 7 Sourcing Tiles, Finishes, Countertops for Construction Design (if applicable)
Step 8 Revisions if needed: power placement, lighting placement per design plans for floor plan- if needed
Step 9 Presentation of Design Boards- Furnishing Selections; including estimated budget and timeline
Step 10 Revisions (if any) & final approval Design Selections
Step 11 Receipt of Payment for Furnishings for Orders

Procurement

We handle all the details

Step 12 Placement of Orders and delivery lead-time assessment
Step 13 Initiation of Construction or Renovation – if applicable
Step 14 Procurement period continues, receipt of orders, project site visits
