My Team members are all independent contractors who have incredible attention to detail, work with extreme care, and treat my client’s homes and property with the utmost care and respect.
They are hardworking, trustworthy, and have all worked in my own home, and I trust them with my own home and property.

Ana Payne
Ana has been part of our team since 2020. She is our Luxury Staging Manager and installs our staging projects. She is your point person onsite for all installs and move outs.
Ana manages our staging inventory and assists in planning and scheduling. Juliana consults and personally approves all staging design plans prior to installation.
Ana is an Onsite Assistant for Design Installations Days. You will meet her if you are a Design Client during our onsite meeting.
Ana is hardworking, creative and reliable. She is a wonderful member of “The J2 Squad”.
Michael Seargant
Michael has been part of our team since 2018.
Owner of Inside Out Home Repairs and Improvements is always on-site for my design projects and can handle absolutely everything from installation of lighting, to gallery quality art installation, and detailed assembly projects.
Jeff Norton
Jeff has been part of our team since 2020. Jeff is our “go to” seasoned drapery installation specialist. He works only with “the trade” and is a Designer installer not available for public hire. We pride ourselves on association with only the best contractors. Jeff will be onsite for professional measurements services and installs or take downs.
Emily Condrey
Please welcome Emily! She is our 2022 Summer Intern and you will see her onsite at our Design and Staging installations. She will also be assisting me in organizing our fabric samples and updating upholstery handles. Emily is studying Interior Design.
My receiving and freight team for my Design Installs are meticulous with checking and verifying each piece we have ordered arrives and is inventoried, photographed and inspected for damages in advance of delivery.
They are meticulous, professional and exceptionally detailed. They are used to this process and install for many designers and luxury boutiques in the area.
