Juliana was fabulous to work with as a turnkey design partner on our empty-nest downsizing journey, as we undertook a whole-house remodel of a townhome roughly half the square footage of our house of nearly 20 years.

She worked with us from the very beginning, helping us conceptualize significant functional modifications and incorporate new design elements in the living room, office, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room.

She worked closely with our contractor and vendors throughout the entire process to translate those concepts to designs, and those designs to reality. In addition, she designed the interior furnishings, incorporating many of our existing pieces with a substantial new furniture purchase. She and her team moved and staged all of the furniture—old and new—and produced a fun move-in ready reveal for us.

It’s been a little over a year since I started working with Juliana on remodeling my main floor. I’m not only still very excited about the outcome of this effort but I also continue to get compliments from everyone who visits. The mix of textures and colors brings such comfort and sophistication to my space. Juliana has a special gift for translating other people’s vision into a work of art!

I could not have been luckier to have discovered Juliana through her work on Houzz. I was looking for someone organized and with Juliana I got more than that. She was always on time for appointments and met the schedules agreed upon. She stayed within my budget and made recommendations that would allow me to remain on budget. She coordinated work with the contractor I hired to complete some of the construction work that was required. And when all was said and done, she orchestrated a reveal that was out of this world! What an experience! I could not have asked for more and I look forward to working on other projects with her and her crew.

Juliana is kind and thoughtful, she put her heart into our home and invested time to understand our goals. And on top of all of that, she is at the top of her profession and is an excellent designer!

Juliana has worked with us on two projects and I have nothing but praise for her talents. She listened to our wants and likes and created a space for us each time that was exactly what we wanted. In the first phase of our remodel we took a leap of faith and listened to the designer’s ideas and painted our paneling. Fabulous! In the next phase I asked Juliana to create a bedroom and bath that would give us a spa like feel. Juliana nailed it! Hubby sometime asks, “what time is check out?” It’s a great when your bed and bath feels like a luxury hotel.

As I sit on my wonderful new couch and look out at all of the incredible changes you made yesterday at our home—I am in complete awe!! I can smell the peonies from where I sit! You are a miracle worker—-you sprinkle fairy dust wherever you go! I can’t believe all of the accessories you brought in. I received so many compliments (the mirrored wall is a HUGE hit!) I just kept saying that I have an amazing decorator who worked her magic. Thank you again!
